Set a large saucepan with 1 tbsp olive oil over a high heat. Fry 500g mince for 10 minutes until browned all over. Season generously.
Pour in the red sauce, bring to the boil briefly, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until thickened.
Preheat the oven to 200˚C, gas mark 6. Warm the white sauce in a pan.
Lightly oil a 20cm x 25cm baking dish. Spread some meat sauce over the base, cover with lasagne sheets and top with white sauce. Continue to layer, finishing with white sauce. Bake the lasagne for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and filling bubbling.
