- 1 litre ginger ale
- 250ml chilled strong rooibos tea
- 175ml apple juice
- 2 spinneysFOOD Cinnamon Sticks
- 10 thin slices ginger
- 1 red apple, thinly sliced
- 1 green apple, thinly sliced
- In a large serving jug or bowl, stir together the ginger ale, tea and apple juice.
- Add the cinnamon sticks, ginger and apple slices and top up with ice cubes.
- Keep in the fridge until guests arrive.
