Paresh has spent his whole 22-year career so far with Spinneys, travelling and reading as much as possible in his spare time. He loves cricket, hockey and his native Indian cuisine, though he’ll try any kind of food as long as it’s vegetarian.
Fun fact: Paresh is not averse to rolling his sleeves up for some kitchen action. It's just that nobody wants to eat the results, he says, including himself.
