Amin has worked at Spinneys for almost 20 years, and his passion for the job stems from a deep love of cooking. He makes all sorts of dishes from his native Nepal for his wife and three kids, and whether it be food or sports, there’s nothing he won’t try if he’s given the opportunity.
Fun fact: Despite his open-mindedness, Amin is adamant he won’t be revisiting his experience eating balut – an unhatched chicken embryo that’s boiled then shelled.
