Considered one of the healthiest herbs, with strong immunity-enhancing properties, basil contains antioxidants, acts as an anti-inflammatory, fights infections and depression, reduces stress and promotes cardiovasular health.

Best known for soothing an upset stomach and freshening breath, mint is potent nutritionally, too, containing vitamin A, iron and manganese. The herb also promotes healthy digestion, boosts brain function, decreases indigestion and helps with asthma.
